Nutritionally Asthma is caused due to low immunity. So the Nutritional therapy is addressed by providing optimal nutrition through a balanced diet. Owing to the lifestyle, exercise, sun exposure, availability of foods in nearby vicinity and the current food habits, consuming a balanced diet on a daily basis is very difficult however achievable to a great extent.
