HAPPY & HEALTHY DIWALI






                                                                Happy Diwali

Eat only little sweets just to get the taste and keep enjoying sweets forever....

Add 1/3 less sugar than you normally add.

Add as much coconut , figs, Brazil nuts in all the sweets because they are rich sources of fiber
and maintain blood sugar.

Have plenty of salads & sprouts in all the festive meals to maintain the blood sugar.
